The Green Demon - Completing the model

So, after completing the body and feet, I was eager to make the tube of the demon that holds eyes at the end. However, I needed a sound plan before I could model this the shape was not just a cylinder with curvature, It also had eye sockets at it's end which were thin and welded seamlessly with the tubes themselves. So I decided to break this process down into 2 parts. Part 1 was where I was going to make the curved tubes and then part 2 was going to make the eye socket. But I was going to do part 2 after making the eyes because the shape of the eye sockets depends on the shapes of the eyes themselves. So, After making the tubes from curve brush with a cylinder base mesh, I used the sphere base mesh for the eyes, as in the concept, the eyes were looking perfectly spherical rather than eye shaped. So far I was doing everything inside of ZBrush. But after making the eyes and teeth, I decided to model the eye socket in Maya instead of ZBrush because I wanted to do it in lower subdivision level and the eye sockets and tubes being very thin, it was quite possible to face an unnecessary hassle during the welding process. Also because it is easier to manipulate vertices and edges in Maya than ZBrush and I wanted to do this by playing vertices and edges rather than trying to sculpt everything.

So, this was the final look of ZBrush where I finished modelling everything except the eye sockets for the eyes. After bringing this into Maya, I started working on the eye sockets. For that, I decided to use the eyes themselves as I've already placed them where they were supposed to be and the sockets just had to wrap around them and connect to the tube. So, I duplicated the eyes, cut them in half and then did a binary operation against the tubes to make a whole in the half spheres where I could merge vertices coming from the tubes to make a seamless connection.
The end result was just as good as I expected to be in Maya rather than a ZBrush sculpt.
